Frustrated with the ordering process of the door. We had to continually check in to see the order status of the door itself. A mistake was made by nova directly when placing the order and we had to wait an extra period of time because of this.

The service I received was outstanding!! Both Shawn and Pepper were very knowledgeable about their product and installation process. I would also like to point out that there was constant communication between them and myself as when the doors were arriving and the projected date of install. The Doors arrived on time and as scheduled.
I highly recommend Nova Garage Doors. They have many styles and colors to chose from.
