I was looking for an electrician that was affordable to complete several small jobs around my home (kitchen under cabinet light replacement, 3 electrical outlets with issues, install new humidistat). Most companies won't even bother because my jobs were too small. I found Frostfire by posting a question in my local community forum if anyone new an electrician and got a response right away. From that recommendation, I was put into contact with John. He gave me a written estimate for the work to be done which was right in line with what I thought it would cost so I hired him right away. We made an appointment for the work to be done. He was running a few minutes behind so he called me to let me know. When he arrived he completed each task without any issues and was done in less than a couple of hours.

What I liked the most was the professional approach. John provided verbal information which was followed with a written confirmation. I also appreciated the quick call to let me know he was running behind. I would recommend Frostfire (and already have) to anyone. I would totally use this company again.
