Gary and Dan arrived to assess a nasty sewer gas smell on the top floor of our townhouse. Thank god for the experience these 2 gents came with! Through a process of deduction and excellent tradecraft they found a disconnected main stack located in a very hard to access section of wall. As it turns out the issue was caused when the building was initially constructed in the early '80's and probably had never been correctly inspected. Gary and Dan corrected at least 7 deficiencies the least of which was properly venting this mix of very toxic sewer gases. We had just moved into this townhouse about 2 months prior and only noticed the smell about 3 weeks in as it was increasing with intensity weeks went on. We had googled remedies but to no avail and lucked out getting a rec for Gary's company from a neighbour. I would highly recommend Environmental Plumbing!

I needed five plumbing tasks done: diverter valve replacement, new tap, repair dripping tap, water hammer fix for washing machine, new ball valve shutoff for outside spigot.

Gary and Dave arrived the same day as their estimate (same day I posted on Homestars) and did the work quickly and professionally. They also opened a drain that had been running slowly for about 37 years.

We were contacted within a few hours of posting our concern on HomeStars by Environmental Plumbing. A team of 2 came the very next day and quickly identified the source of the leakage and replaced a cracked drain pipe. They were friendly, worked efficiently, and removed the damaged pipe and insulation from our home. We were extremely satisfied with their work, professionalism, and the cost charged to us. As a result, we asked them to look further at our kitchen sink pipes that were slightly damp and the sink stopper leaking. They came back the next day and replaced two kitchen sink baskets. All is working well now and we will not hesitate to contact this company again should any plumbing needs arise. We highly recommend this company.

Had leaking faucet on a Roman tub when either tap was turned on. They assessed the cause of the problem correctly within minutes and had it fixed and running in under 20 minutes. great job

After years of a sluggish laundry tub, Gary unclogged the drain and recommended Bio Clean for the future.
After providing a same day service with a smile, we were back to laundry and dishes without having to "bail out the sink". Thanks.

Garry & Dan showed up mid afternoon & were a little puzzled with the mystery leak. After trying a couple of things the leak was finally located on an existing solder, which was repaired.
Took a little while to find the culprit, i have nothing but good things to say, prompt & fair.

I had an outdoor faucet that was not properly winterized that I needed not only to water my lawn but also my garden. I called the Environmental Plumbing in the morning and on that afternoon Gary came and in 20 mins my faucet was up and running. The cost of the service was less than expected. Gary is a very pleasant, professional. He even left instructions on how to winterize my faucet. I highly recommend his company.

Gary and Dan came over quickly during the pandemic lockdown for an emergency repair to put shower which had a leak that damaging the ceiling right below the tub. They asked all the relavent questions to make sure the site was safe and healthy and came with appropriate PPE (nitrile gloves and surgical masks).

They assessed the issue, found 2 problems and worked to fix the problems quickly. The cartridge was not available, so they made a temporary repair that stopped the leak while we awaited the special order for the cartridge. This arrived in the following days and they came and replaced quickly on a second trip.

The service was quick, polite, safe and fairly priced. Environmental Plumbing is now my goto plumber for any repairs. Highly recommended - 5 stars.

Very reasonable and personable. Each time I called I spoke direct with the owner. Gave me a free estimate on the phone and when the job was complete he actually reduced the price saying the install went really well and quicker than anticipated so passed that savings on to me. Would not hesitate to use again. Great work.

They actually showed up early,...were very polite and helpful and did a great job.
I Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work. Price was also good.
