I required someone on short notice to fix my eavestrough and downsprout, because of some heavy leaking. Nobody else in the area was willing to accomodate right away. These guys came through, and did the job in a professional and timely manner. I also ask a lot of questions about the whole process, and they explained everything in great detail. As an added bonus, they even installed covers on my eavestrough to prevent leaves from building up. This is something other companies didn't even bother telling me about in the past. All in all, I was extremely pleased with the service and the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes.

I contacted several companies on Homestars. Two provided solutions involving realignment of the eavestrough - an inelegant design or dropping heating wires that in fact would not work with our existing structure with built in gutter protection both solutions ran about $1250 each.

Instead i paid for a gutter cleaning and inspection with Lou's firm and he suggested a hand made solution to deal with an overflow issue on a corner of our flat roof. He was correct in his design and suggestion. We had no overflow ice build up on the wall this winter.

I waited to post this review until after a winter had passed.

On short notice we received excellent service to repair my eaves trough. This company went above and beyond the original repair to ensure that the rest of my home was brought up to the proper standard. They were very professional to deal with and advised us on options to enhance the functionality of our eaves trough system with a capping system to ensure leaves do not get into the eaves troughs. We highly recommend this company.

We had some initial problems with the quality of work delivered that took some time to resolve. However, we were impressed that the owner of the company ultimately took it upon himself to personally come over and rectify the situation. He completed a thorough review and repair of the work and apologized in person for our previous experience. In the end, it was very professionally handled.
