Pristine Plumbing & Drainage

I had contacted Pristine Plumbing to replace a laundry room faucet in an old house as it had just worn out and water could not be turned off. This was not a straight forward install as the original was installed incorrectly in the 1960’s and it was a tight and unusual fit. Chris was the plumber that was sent over and he was excellent, explained everything. I know a little about old plumbing as I was a strata manager for a number of years of a 45 year old building. Chris did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him and Pristine Plumbing. They also did a follow-up call which was a nice touch.

I had a large blockage in my main sewer line and woke up to when you flush the toilet it backed up into the downstairs tub. I called three plumbers and all them them told me 3 to 5 days to get some one to come and take a look.

Pristine plumbing fit me in within 4 hours. Came on site, snaked the main sewer line, Camera scoped our line all the way to the city line and completed the job within 90 mins.

In addition, the plumber Daniel, explained his process all along the way. All I can say is I am glad the other plumbers could not do the job. I would recommend pristine to anyone needing plumbing work.

Love the guys at Pristine, they're very quick to identify the problem and resolve the situation. In this case they discovered sediment deposits and copper shavings clogging the water valve and leak.

Called at 11 am regarding my plugged toilet and by 12:30 a serviceman was at my door. Very courteous and personable. Wore a mask and is vaccinated. They are always so great! We have asked for their help a few times before, the guys are very nice, knowledgable and friendly. This time we asked them to help replace our old toilet with a higher one to accomodate for our mom's upcoming knee replacement surgery and install a handheld bidet (because our old one is really short with an odd shaped seat that prohibits us from installing the necessary toilet seat riser). Daniel was so easy to communicate with, and was able to book us for the next day. Andrew helped with the installation and everything works great. Highly recommend them! Thanks for your help guys!

It was not just a plugged drain. Sink connections had to be replaced. Subsequently the following day the wash machine water taps needed replacing. And Pristine responded by showing up first thing in the morning, so we weren't without water for very long. Michael explained everything he was doing and the charges, in detail.

Our garburator failed and was gunked up and causing our dishwasher to fill up back into our sink. Pristine Plumbing removed the garburator and cleaned up our sink drains. Very pleased with their service.

Called to book an appointment and was scheduled immediately for next day service when I requested it. The plumber (Andrew) showed up exactly on the scheduled time and was neat and tidy and very courteous. The job had a few challenges and Andrew was very knowledgeable and took them in stride and also made some excellent recommendations. He finished up the job and left a very clean site...overall great experience with Pristine plumbing.
