I highly recommend prestige plumbing and drainage anytime. They were very professional and was able to offer me a next day appointment. The pricing was very competitive and Andrew , who came to fix my kitchen blockage and drains did a the job really well. He cleaned up after the completed job and ensured I was happy. If you want quality, this is a company you should choose.

Talk about professional and honest! Had them come to change out a worn out kitchen tap, and move the garborator from one side of the sink to the other. They arrived on time, quoted the job and advised that moving the garborator would contravene existing codes......which I kind of knew before hand. The plumber advised that one of the turn off taps was leaking a bit....I knew that too.....and he replaced that and installed the new tap. The service was exceptional. The price was so reasonable compared to other companies. I am totally pleased and would use them again and recommend them to friends and family. EXCELLENT

Pristine Plumbing was recommended to me by several New Westers. That, along with the great reviews about them that I'd read, encouraged me to give them a call. I called them on Jan.5 at about 7:45am, and my call was answered by Daniel. I was ecstatic to hear that he had someone to send over in about half an hour! Andrew was at my door by about 8:30am! I was so happy that someone was able to come the same day, and so quickly!

Andrew was easy to chat with, knowledgeable, and confident. He replaced our kitchen faucet, and then ended up needing to apply a lot of time and energy snaking our kitchen line. He persevered and was able to clear the blockage so our kitchen sinks can now drain quickly.

I was very pleased with Andrew's competency and I would not hesitate to call upon him again for any future plumbing issues. I am now another New Wester who recommends Pristine Plumbing!

Our plumber was very nice and got the job done very quickly. He also helped with our hot water tank and did a great job there as well.

The recent rainstorms finally overwhelmed my house's drainage system and causing flooding underneath my sub floor in the basement. After contacting my insurance I need to get things fix very soon. After checking on Homestars, I noticed this company has fantastic reviews so I decided to check it out. After talking with Daniel on the phone he said he can come the next day to do a scope test which is quick. He got the job after that and within a week he is able to finished the job from beginning to end in less than three days with his team of four others. It was a big job too as it involved tracing the drain and putting in a sump. The team worked diligently especially in the middle day when it was pouring rain and muddy all over. They kept at it however with little break. Kudos to Daniel for being the first one on site and the last one leaves every day.Every member be it Andrew, Chris, Michael, or Trevor is super friendly and always a smile on their face. From that I know they love their job. I will definitely go back to them for future maintenance work and I recommend highly to anyone who needs honest and quality work done on their plumbing needs.

After we had water in from a heavy rain, I contacted Pristine to take a look at our perimeter drains. Daniel was able to come the same day I called, scoped the drains and found the expected clogs. Work to repair was scheduled later the same week and the team showed up on time as expected, did a fabulous job of clearing and repairing and my yard was left as tidy as had been prior to their work being done. Very professional and a job well done. My perimeter drains are now working and we've had no additional water problems despite the recent heavy rainfall. Daniel and his team were very professional and the invoice was for the exact amount of the quote. I would highly recommend this company
