Daniel (owner) was able to fit our schedule by coming right after our new stone countertops were installed in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The two technicians who came did an excellent job of installing the sinks we'd pre-purchased as well as piping the faucets into the holes provided by the stone counter-top makers. The day after, I had a couple of concerns and one thing I wanted changed. They were happy to return right away to address these items, saying it's their goal to make sure every customer is happy with the final results of their work. And I am. I recommend Pristine as being very professional, highly skilled, trustworthy, kind, and considerate.

First time customer. My water heater died and they were able to get me an appointment for replacement two days out. Took around 3 hours and the plumber was Red Seal and very professional. I'll definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

I called at night about a dripping ceiling in the basement of our 1923 house. They answered right away and had several ideas of what it could be. The intake person was clearly knowledgeable. It was not an emergency however I was able to make an appointment for 2 days later. The plumber was very friendly, professional and on time. He tested a few theories and decided it was the wax seal from the toilet above. A quick fix and problem was solved. Before doing any work, he went over what he would be doing and made sure I approved. When the work was done, he invited me to call if the leak (which as far as we could all see was solved) persisted in case the problem had multiple sources (which it didn't). I felt that the entire team wanted to help us fix the issue and were there for us afterwards if needed. I would definitely recommend them and absolutely use them again.

Impeccable service! Was super easy to contact them over email; they responded super quickly. Ryan was assigned to me, showed up right on time, was super friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Would recommend them to anyone!

Andrew and Ryan came in two vans at the time promised and brought all their equipment with them on their visit, which was the same day we called Pristine Plumbing and Drainage. There was no running out to get more parts or equipment later as has happened to us when we used another plumbing service in the past.

They were clean, friendly and polite. They kindly listened to what I had tried to do myself (hand auger the drain) and let me show them the plumbing runs and clean outs in the kitchen and basement before starting. They also gave us an approximate price for the job before they started that was very close to the actual final bill.

They then installed a new inline clean out under the kitchen sink to aid in their work and then machine augered the line all the way to the city connection, some 100 feet away, clearing the clog.

Because they were so kind and honest, I had them look at a toilet in our basement that had been repaired previously by the afore-mentioned plumbing company.

They then also fixed that older toilet in the basement with a new fill valve and then evaluated its performance after the repair for a reasonable additional fee. They kindly suggested we could purchase (on our own) a water alarm, similar to the one we have on our hot water tank to give us further peace of mind for this toilet as it had flooded our basement previously and caused havoc.

I am very satisfied with their work, appearance (they wore company branded clothing) and behavior during the repairs. They took great care not to create any additional mess and cleaned up after themselves to our level of satisfaction.

I absolutely will call them again if I need more plumbing or drainage work in the future and can wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody looking for quick, professional and reasonably priced plumbing services.

Andrew and Daniel did a superb job installing a new toilet this morning. Very punctual. They had it installed in no time with no hiccups. This is not the first time that they have done work for us and as before, we were very satisfied and highly recommend Pristine Plumbing.

Pristine sent Andrew, he was very punctual, customer friendly, knew his task, removed garburator and redid the plumbing for kitchen. He installed a new tap. He also identified that fittings for water purifier was old and would not work for new tap. He ran down to home depot was gone for 25 mins. Brought back fittings fix it all. Im so happy our dishwasher works and no more leaks. Tap is incredible and works great.
