When I called Pristine Plumbing, I had a plugged kitchen sink, and several leaks in the kitchen sink piping. Andrew arrived on time for the service, cleared the blockage and repiped entirely under the sink. Andrew was very efficient, and effectively communicated exactly what was wrong, as well as provided me with my options to resolve the issues; in addition to suggestions on how to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. I was very impressed with Andrew’s knowledge and passion for the work he does. It is difficult to find individuals and companies who are passionate and take the time to truly understand the issue at hand, let alone set time to explain the steps and options to fixing the issue. It was my first time with Pristine Plumbing & Drainage Ltd and now I have finally found a Plumbing company I can trust! They are a small company, which I love supporting and they guarantee their work as well. Andrew did an excellent job! I had a clogged sink (bathroom), a leaking faucet (kitchen) and needed a new garbarator. Andrew fixed it all! He first gave me a quote, giving me discounts which I appreciated so much! I didn't even need to leave my house to pick out a new garbarator and faucet. He gave me choices while sitting in my home. Also providing his professional opinion on the products. He was very informative and patient. When I decided which products I liked he went out to pick it up!!! Came back, installed and fixed all the issues with explanations of what he was doing within a few hours. Everything works great and he was so professional, efficient and friendly. I'm so glad I've finally found a Plumbing company with reasonable prices and such professional work! Thank you so much.

Daniel et al. did a great job and it was done in a timely way. There was much more work involved than originally thought but I was not charged any more than the estimate. The lawn and landscaping were put back as if they'd never been there. Excellent experience all around.

I have used several different plumbers over the years and this company is the best. They fix everything properly after others have been. You never have to worry about faulty work. They fixed two drains for me and a messed up toilet install so I was able to sell my condo after the building inspector's recommendations. I will never use another plumbing company again!
