When I called Pristine Plumbing, I had a plugged kitchen sink, and several leaks in the kitchen sink piping. Andrew arrived on time for the service, cleared the blockage and repiped entirely under the sink. Andrew was very efficient, and effectively communicated exactly what was wrong, as well as provided me with my options to resolve the issues; in addition to suggestions on how to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. I was very impressed with Andrew’s knowledge and passion for the work he does. It is difficult to find individuals and companies who are passionate and take the time to truly understand the issue at hand, let alone set time to explain the steps and options to fixing the issue.
