We wanted to install ceramic tiles in a washroom that had old peel-and-stick tiles. The old tiles were removed, and new tiles installed quickly. Sam was very knowledgeable (removed and reinstalled toilet, baseboard quarter-rounds, trimmed down the door, etc). He was able to handle anything we encountered and the final product looks great at a fair price! Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I needed a handyman to prepare a for property for sale. Sam completed a number of odd jobs, including fixing a broken cupboard, which was missing key pieces; getting a toilet to stop running; refinishing a hardwood floor; and he repaired a ceiling leak. Our basement flooded during heavy rainfall in February. We called around few companies and they all made it sound like we needed to gut the whole basement. As for Sam, he wanted to make sure only things that needed replacement gets replaced to save costs. He explained his concerns (i.e molding being the biggest) and recommended vinyl flooring as it was waterproof. He was very knowledgeable and it was obvious to us that he has done many flood renovation. He was able to make our basement better than pre-flood condition in about a week. He is very detail oriented and keeps his work area clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Sam for any type of handywork around the house.

Sam did a great job again. Washroom & furnace room was tagged due to non code compliance. Sam moved the bowl to allow space for furnace room, did complete reno and fixed the problem.
