We called 10 different renovation companies before interviewing 5. Selecting Barry and Lisa Johnson and their company Dependable Renovations was the best choice we could have made! Barry Johnson was consistently on time from that very fist meeting. He is a friendly, serious and concise in his communication. Lisa will follow up on communication, selections and budget through every step of the process. Lisa and Barry have selected a team of trades that are also the best at their jobs. The architect worked with us to ensure the scope was what we desired. We felt overwhelming at having to select every item for our house and wanted to avoid costly selection mistakes. Lisa and Barry arranged for us to meet with from the different trades/businesses who worked with us closely to spend our money wisely and without regret. Each and every trades person was highly skilled, personable and were able to help us achieve our goal for our dream house. Both Barry and Lisa oversaw each selection and made many suggestions along the way to improve our renovation. After the project start date we double the scope of the renovations. None the less, Dependable Renovations had our house move in ready on the original completion date! We appreciate their attention to small details that made this experience a positive one. Dependable Renovations lives up to their name and we would use their services again in a heartbeat.
