We rented an condo in Toronto downtown. We got keys and found out that entire condo was filthy and stinking. We just couldn't occupy or move in. We had 5-6 hours time to get it cleaned. We tried all cleaners but failed to get them for short notice. Finally we called Maid Matter they were so good in handling us. Maid Matter called us multiple times and made us feel comfortable. They sent cleaners in 2 hours. Even they waited for 20-30 mins outside our apartment (due to security mess up). Overall they made sure our condo was cleaned by evening. And by the time we came to our condo, it was clean and smelling good. Such a relief! I seriously recommend them for everyone who asks me for cleaning services.
