Furnace Repair

I called Danlex to come and look at our furnace after waking up to no heat on one of the coldest days Danny was able to come out within a very timely manner and determined immediately what the issue was. He is a very professional, clean and pleasant individual to deal with. Would definitely refer him as well as use he’s services again. Great Job !!! Fa

Hot water tank

Upon contacting , I was recommended the tank I had installed. Dan was punctual on the agreed date and time . An extremely clean and professional job. I received a follow up call a few weeks later to confirm if our satisfaction with the until . Extremely professional. I will be using Dan for future furnace and A/C needs . Furnace repair

Our furnace broke down Christmas Day. Danny responded quickly and diagnosed the issue immediately. He had the parts on hand and was able to repair it quickly. Having little ones we were nervous in this weather and he had our home warm again on christmas. I would definitely reccomend Danny to friends and family. Thanks Danny!

Dissatisfied cusomter

Danny was nice enough to come to the house a few times, but this guy does not have enough experience with furnace. He replaced some parts only to tell us the furnace needed to be replaced. He cost us lots of money without any results. This last for two weeks with no heat and the temperatures were -10.
Not happy, would not recommend him.

This individual is being completely unreasonable with this review. I attended this address 5 times trying to work with the owner in rectifying her furnace issue. What she doesn't mention is that this is her rental unit so accessibility was always an issue. From the onset of this repair this person asked me to try and see what I could do to repair the issue as opposed to replacing it so that is what I did. I tried a number of things to see if I could eliminate a part as opposed to replacing the unit. However after trying these things the diagnoses became more clear that the heat exchanger was cracked. A diagnosis that the next technician came to as well. This person is completely disregarding my efforts in trying to come to the most cost effective solution for her unit and also fails to mention that as a compromise I did not charge them anything for coming out or for my labour when installing the part. I also provided them with a severely discounted rate for a new installation recouping all their costs spent for the replacement part. Furthermore my diagnosis allowed her and her tenants to maintain a safe living environment.

I had a foot BBQ line installed and Danny gave me the best price by far. He was professional, quick and extremely polite. We have him coming back to do our Gas dryer and stove in November.
