grossly underbid the job, started out with a full force of workers and very quickly diminished to a roofer and a go-fer. Sanded floors did not receive the 3 coats of finish promised. Number of lights in kitchen were reduced to reduce his cost. Jog in dining room to even out the shape was quoted as part of the job then was refused because of extra framing needed. The result was a messed up kitchen. The cabinet drawers wont open because they hit the refrigerator. Brand new ceiling in living room is uneven. Electric light switch covers were cut in half to make room for the door trim. This is a partial list. I will never get over it. The trim rotted off the kitchen door because no flashing was installed. The front step railings rotted out because the wood sits directly in contact with the stone steps. I could go on for pages. There are many reputable contractors out there who stand by their work. This is not one of them.
