Minor House Major Reno !!
Local Renos are a great company ! Both the Matt's are very friendly an knowledgeable in all reno aspects. The communication was amazing, always called me back and kept me updated on any types of progress of decisions. The quality was incredible, as I knew it was going to much better then before, but had no idea it would turn out spectacular !! All the trades they used where very skilled and clean. If any issues came they were quick to fix and went above in beyond on certain items. Great Great Great Grand awesome !!!

Bathroom reno + kitchen counter/tile
I wanted to update some of the dated 1970’s spaces to something a bit more modern without breaking the bank. Matt and Matt and the entire Local Renovations team were great to work with! They answered all of my numerous questions and addressed all of my concerns along the way. I would highly recommend Local Renovations for your next renovation project. The spaces look great!

Window replacements and finishing, and misc. drywall and woodwork finishing around the house.
Work was very well done, everyone in the company was a pleasure to work with. Any issues that cropped up were owned by the company proactively and without hesitation. The job did run longer than anticipated, but they went out of their way to make it right and make sure were were happy. I absolutely plan to contact them again when the next stage of work around our house takes place.

Home efficiency (insulation, spray foam, venting), gut and Reno powder room, water damage repairs (drywall, window casings), framing of basement bedroom and egress window, replace all interior doors and closets, exterior work (shakes,soffit), new front do
The quality and attention to detail was too knotch. Communication was always top priority and we always knew what was going on in the project! All members of the team were friendly, great to deal with and happy to take on small extra projects here and there as they came up. We would definitely recommend Local Renos and will be using them again!

Basement renovation including bathroom, new bedroom
Easy to deal with, great trades. Quickly and professionally dealt with small errors that came up. Stuck to the budget - costed out changes I asked for before doing them. Very responsive to my questions. Have already asked them to create a quote for my next project!

Bathroom renovation
We feel the quality of the work was excellent. The various trades who came in were always professional, polite and very competent. We wish the timing and execution of the job was better handled; e.g. materials ordered in a manner that would not cause delays in the completion of the job.

Kitchen
Being a first time indoor renovator (they refaced the outside of my house a couple of years ago) I was nervous about the process and the end result. Matt walked me through all the steps and was very patient with all my trivial questions. The contractors they employ are top notch. I love my new kitchen. Until next time! Gayle

Basement Renovation
Amazing job, very detail oriented. Responsive to scope changes both small and large with great customer service. Highly professional and trustworthy. Worth every penny.

This was the best renovation experience we’ve had. Communication was clear, any delays were explained promptly, and the work was excellent.

basement renos
Had an appointment with at 1pm on 24th but no show and no response about 1hr. I then messaged through homestars and their staff online got it sorted right away. I respect the way they dealt with this issue and rescheduled it promptly.
