I had a Navien Tankless unit that is nine years old and developed and issue and I was very nervious about getting ripped off on the repair. I contacted Soft Air Systems Kamran arrived on time, did an inspection and gave me a quote (I got two other quotes). With trepidation I gave Kamran the go a head because he seemed to know what he was talking about and instilled confidence.
He arrived spot on time, completed the job on time specified and NO additional charged.

Kamran was very professional and took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the heat pump during his initial visit. During the installation he encountered some unexpected difficulties behind the wall, however he persevered to solve the problem and did not charge me extra. I will use his services again.
