Went with this business because they had good prices but that's were the positives end.
Really poor communication.
Calls not returned. emails not responded to.
No one called us when our product was in.
When it did arrive we got conflicting information about whether it needed to acclimatize in our home. Had to reschedule our appointment because of poor communication.
Installer was supposed to show up at 9. Didn't see him until the afternoon. When I called the shop to inquire they made excuses and acted confused.
Will not use this company again.
Would not recommend.
More problems than the savings are really worth.
Might be worth it if you installed yourself and you're willing to stay on top of them and call them regularly.
