MY FIRST IMPRESSION OF RAY WAS OVER THE PHONE, AND I COULD TELL THAT HE WAS GENUINELY APPRECIATIVE FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO QUOTE. HE WAS VERY CLEAR IN THE WAY THAT HE EXPLAINED THEIR SERVICES AND SINCE I NEEDED 6 YARDS OF TRIPLE-MIX AND A YARD OF LIMESTONE SCREENINGS, HE NEEDED TO MAKE 2 DELIVERIES WHICH WAS NO PROBLEM FOR EITHER OF US. HE SAID THEY WOULD BE AT MY HOME MONDAY MORNING AND HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME. THE TRIPLE MIX WAS REALLY GOOD QUALITY AS WELL.
I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND RAY.

Ray and his team have been doing our driveway for several years now. We had a townhouse but then moved to a new detached. When we moved to try to save some money we tried the snowblower our selves thing and it just wasnt convenient enough for my wifes and my schedule. His rates are competitive and they are definitely reliable. I would highly recommend but you need to ensure to book when you have the opportunity because they book up pretty quickly which was one reason we didnt have him last year after trying ut ourselves the year before.

This company is amazing for snow removal and we have been using them since 2009. They have never disappointed! Before finding Ray Misiak, we had terrible experiences with a couple of other unprofessional and completely unreliable snow removal services which caused us a great deal of stress. After Ray, it has been smooth sailing ever since. We live on a corner lot that gets a LOT of snow from the city plow at the end of our driveway, but Ray's crew is always out at all hours of the day AND night clearing everything. This is especially appreciated as my husband gets up early to go to work and having that driveway cleared first thing in the morning and again when he comes home after a long commute is a wonderful feeling! They come out as many times as necessary after a snowfall, even multiple times in a day. And I swear they must have a radio communication with the city's plows as they are out in perfect timing sometimes just after the plows come by. They also offer convenient payment plans where you can pay monthly by post-dated cheques. Ray's service is worth every penny for peace of mind with snow removal. Highly recommended!
