I called up Secure Home Services Company 4 weeks ago and the lady at the other end was very polite as well as respectfully responded to the telephone. She asked questions regarding my needs and gave me recommendation on installing Water Filtration systems at my residential home.

This company has misled me to buy a furnace that I did not need. The sales representatives told me that furnace replacement would be free, and they also claimed they were from the government. They told me that by law I had to change my furnace because my current one was not the right size. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP! There sales representatives will say anything to get you to sign the contract.
