Four years ago, we hired MPS Property Services to do some major landscaping work at our home in Unionville. They drew up a plan which included taking out existing vegetation and replanting, installing interlocking stone on our porch, walkways and part of the driveway, taking out and completely redoing the concrete floor in our garage, improving the drainage on one side of our property and repaving the rest of the driveway with asphalt. The garage floor turned out to be a much bigger job than we thought but it was completed as promised at no additional cost. We were very pleased with the results.
This past summer, we noticed that some of the stones had shifted slightly due to drainage issues on our property and were no longer perfectly level in some spots. Since the original work came with a five year guarantee, we contacted Dave Gallifent of MPS about having them re-leveled. A date was arranged and workers arrived first thing in the morning.
To our surprise, they re-did the whole walkway at no charge and everything looks great again.
Everyone we have dealt with at MPS has been pleasant, professional, courteous and always prompt. We are very pleased with both the work that was done and the service that we received and would definitely recommend MPS.
