Manhal was friendly, professional, efficient and most importantly did a very nice job installing a custom closet addition. Dora was also very patient and detail oriented during the design process which was very helpful.

Further to the project review with Sara and Isam, two site surveys took place and a third for confirmation of details.
Within three weeks the project was installed on the dates we had requested which we new was a very fast turn around for the size of the project. Faisal mastered the installation in less time then expected and did it all with a great positive attitude and very professionally.
The overall experience was great and the result exceed my expectations.

The installer, Hassan, came to our unit on time was very professional, he took the time to take care of product materials from delivery to handling. It only took about 2hours to finish installing both closets, and they looked fantastic, he also spent the time to cover up our flooring and when the installation was done, he neatly vacuums the area where there was sawdust. I can tell he treats each installation with attention to detail. When we had the consultation with Closets by Design, we have not considered purchasing a door, my biggest concern was that our drawers would be caught on the new doors that we purchased after the consultation. I brought up the concern with Hassan, he informed me that they can come back and try to fix it if there were any problem. Then I figure it would be ok, 10 mins later, he came back to me and offered an amazing solution, to guarantee the drawers will open without hitting the door. All it took was a small change to the design, it was a brilliant switch to design, I really appreciate his thought and offer of a solution to our predicament, this would save a lot of time for us, and their company. If he has installed the original design, and if the doors didn't work (although it was our mishap) it would have cost more and everyone would have spent more time to try to fix it. If I have more closets to install in the future, I would not hesitate and highly recommend him as the installer. Thank you very much Hassan!

I am impressed by the speed of service from Closet by Design! Sara, the designer came over on Saturday, she took measurements and finished the drawings (including all suggestions) within 1 hr. Our order was processed in 2.5 weeks. Then Faisal came in on the date of delivery and he finished installing 2 reach in and 1 walk in closet within 4 hours. We had some minor changes and Mia was prompt in getting those resolved later.

Hassan was very professional, pleasant and did a great job , very happy with his service.
