What a disappointment. I’ve never written a review, ever. Unfortunately, my recent experience was a disaster and I need to warn others so you don’t waste your precious time and money.
I used this company a few years ago to build a pantry in my townhouse. They did an excellent job. She took note of the items I wanted to store and custom designed it to my needs. I received numerous compliments. Such a great experience that my friend also had CBD build her custom bedroom closet for her condo.
When I moved to my new house, I immediately thought of CBD to convert my existing shelf pantry to pull out drawer style. The sales rep Sara suggested I should do pull out drawers for my baking pans. But once they were installed, I lost inches of width, and therefore the baking pans would no longer fit. So now I have sliding shelves, that are useless. I can’t put food on them because they will fall off the edge. I can’t fit baking pans because we lost width due to the way they install sliding shelves.
I have been emailing back and forth with Mia, and am getting absolutely nowhere.
Now I have a bunch of food on my kitchen counter because I lost so much space due to the poor installation design. Also, my pans no longer fit in the pantry and are also sitting on my kitchen counter.
I have less space than before CBD.
I wish I never wasted my time emptying my pantry.
I wish I never paid a penny to this company.
I wish I never wasted time emailing back and forth with Mia.
I am glad this website exists so I may warn others.
