Care Appliance Service

The technician came to repair my gas stove: a clicking noise, burners that were not functioning properly and loose knobs. He was here for 40 minutes and did a preemptory cleaning of 2 of the 6 burners. He said he could do nothing about the clicking noise because it was electronic. He did not even discuss changing the part and give a price on that. He ignored my cooks request to make the knobs work better. He just said to buy degreaser for the stove and he could not do any more. This company will not be back to service my stove.

Our evaporator fan was noisy. His fix was to replace the fan. Seemed to fix the problem. Recommended him to my sister-in-law. He was quick with a fix for them, as well. Problem is both our fridges are still not working. He's quick to replace stuff. Just can't diagnose a problem properly. He might get lucky from time to time but I wouldn't waste my money.

I cannot find or reach you after paying the service fee visit!!!!! Care Appliance service sent out Igor. He determined my dishwasher door spring was broken and would get back to me about the repair. That was more than 2 weeks ago.
No one answers the phone or returns messages!!!!!!
He was great but I need your help to complete this repair!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service and very professional. Came on time, gave us the best service, very friendly. The price was right. Cleaned after the service. I have warranty on the service. I fully recommend this company. They are my favorite!

Service tech at Care came out to fix inlet valve in our dishwasher. Once fixed we then used dishwasher and it no longer cleans the dishes, as it did prior to this repair

I calles the company with a lot of questions and hesitation as I had bet experience in the past with other providers. They were patient and kind and promptly answer all of my questions. The service call fee is super reasonable and Shey the technician actually fix my machine while everyone else just wanted to switch the defective part, by doing so he saved me $300.
He wasn't willing to give me the cost without looking at the machine first which indicates high level of professionalism and the company gives you warranty for the service. On top of everything he gave me tips of how to maintain the system and keep it working for another good 5 years.

My refrigerator stopped working during the July 1 long weekend during a heat wave. Kostya arrived earlier than expected and repaired both my refrigerator as well as the oven (which I didn't think could be repaired)! Kostya was professional, efficient and neat. I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately, now I have no excuse for not cooking!
