Stay away. Strange pricing scheme that added a 7% charge (this was disclosed). Disposed brush and tiles and household waste $565 seems excessive. Bin arrived after the office had closed - I was left with no indication if it would arrive at all; there was no representative to speak with.
There was damage to the garage at the height and angle of the bin's placement that would suggest the damage was done when the bin was lifted off the site. The company sent their investigative team (former police) that suggested there was no way they could have caused the damage - instead suggesting I investigate other workers on my premises. The bin service was the only thing operating in that area - there was no reason for any workers to be at the area of the damage - at that corner, there would be no room for them to manoeuvre.
I've had other bin services where the price is more reasonable and the service straight forward. Good companies accept responsibility and move forward with their customers - bin was late, outside their office hours; suspect damage.
