Worst customer service. PERIOD. Fernando installed my home theatre before a month and since day 1, we have issues with the sound from the speakers. Called him innumerable times and exchanged text messages and it seems they do not even care once they are paid. Very rude and unproffesional attitude.
Even the installation was not done properly. Left a tennis ball size holes in the wall for the speakers installed. It was noticed once they left and I tried checking on weird noise coming from the speakers.
I am getting someone else to fix the issues created by them at an additional cost. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Maunil you are entitled to your opinion we do however take offence to your flat out lies. Your expectations and egregious demands where intolerable. My technician's and I had taken some time off to enjoy a vacation with family for two weeks. You expected us to fly back to Canada and source the noise issue that you clearly know was not present after the number of sound tests we preformed for over 1hr with you there! We also spent time on the phone with you in an attempt to resolve your issue. Also not once did you ever mention a tennis ball size hole in your wall nor did we ever make one! You where present the entire time and when we where finished you had nothing but praise and kind words for what you called a perfect job. We feel your remarks to be unfounded and assume that because we where unable to come at the times you demanded is why you are acting for lack of a better word Childish. None the less we wish you all the best and hope your issue gets resolved. Cheers.
