When i returned the bobcat one of his illegal tenants helped me and then Ben refuse to return my $1000 deposit. then he made an invoice showing all the "damages" I did to the bobcat (coming out to about $400). i said fine give me the balance and he emailed me $400 (200 short). I finally sent him a strongly worded text telling him I am aware of his criminal past and he called me swearing and asking me if I 'wanna go.' As out of character as it sounds... he then gave me more money back...not the full 200. not even close but i didn't expect anything.
The sad thing is... they are still in business after ears of these bad reviews. and chances will be for many more years... as people are reading this after he has ripped them off. anyways just google bernard penner.
