Gentry Roofing & Flat Roofing

They were good and responsive when they were trying to and eventually got me to choose them to do my roof in 2016. Their pricing is comparable to other roofers, so they sold me on their supposed responsiveness which I am now learning is pretty bad.

Have been trying to reach them for a week now with no response. Have a question about the warranty on the roof they installed in 2016 which is now damaged.

Seems like they are good and responsive only when they are trying to earn your business and get your money. But once the job is complete and time has passed, trying to get them to call you back to answer questions about their warranty is very difficult.

Wondering if they really back up their work and the warranties they provide. Will reach out to both CBC Go Public and CTV Consumer Alert so o see if there have been similar issues reported about this business.

Flat roof installation on manufacturing building in spring 2018. Have leaking issue. Does not return phone messages/email from tenant nor property owner to fix problem. Initial message was October 03 2019, today is Oct 22 2019.

Removal of 1 layer of shingles, new vents, shingles, etc. Very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions and know their product. Very happy with Gentry.

Very prompt service, nice and friendly boss, job completed right away, roof had a leak so I was called about the plywood having to be replaced also which increased the price but I know it's a lot to take old plywood off, get new plywood then replace the plywood so it was well worth the money to know that the roof won't be leaking anymore.

My wife and I recently had the shingles re done on our roof. Mike from Gentry Roofing was easy to contact and very professional. His crew did an amazing job and went above and beyond with cleaning up and ensuring our yard was safe for our dog. The roof looks incredible and is exaclty what we envisioned for our new home. They showed up on time and did a great job. The roof looks great, they did a good job of cleaning up and they were happy to answer any questions we had.

Gentry roofing just replaced our roof with one day’s notice. We discovered a leak on the Sunday called them Monday morning and Mike brought in a crew early Tuesday. Fantastic service, excellent work and they did a total cleanup. We are very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them.
