Needed a new kitchen counter and sink installed (the old one had a mold issue). D4L came in to measure everything, got me a new sink and faucet, and after the cabinet was designed installed it and hooked up the plumping in only a few hours. Very pleased with how it went.

My home was flooded in April after 2 months of frustration with the insurance company and 4 different contractors who either couldn't do the job because it was too big or not available due to the busy season i was referred to Jeevan. Thats when this nightmare ended, Jeevan came out personally the day after i contacted him, he provided a very reasonable detailed quote and completed the job way ahead of schedule. His team completely restored my home and he did the job weeks ahead of our agreed schedule. He advised me ahead of time his schedule but when he heard my story he took a personal interest to see that my home was restored quickly. Replacement of Original Vent (Exhaust was poorly attached to a plastic attic vent. D4L Disconnected old Rigid Duct from plastic vent cap and replaced vent with metal vent).
A Few cracked Shingles were noticed and repaired.

Rigid Duct used and poorly installed to plastic roof vent for exhaust. It was pretty much venting directly into my attic space. Condo corp gave authorization for work to be done, once I fully explained what the issue was. Roof shingles and sheeting are condo common elements and need Condo approval for any alterations.
Katie from D4L was super patient with all of my questions. The roofers that did the work were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The work was done in about 20-30 minutes. They did not have to come into my unit to do any of the work.
Katie was also patient waiting for me to go back and forth with my Condo Corp to get the approvals for work. All questions I had on the contract were answer promptly.

I would definitely use D4L again in the future.
