Carl came by today to replace a master shutoff valve in my townhouse.
His company was referred to me by the property manager of our condo townhome complex because it was familiar with the weird set-up in this complex.
Carl and Brad (I think his name was Brad) were both extremely friendly, polite and professional.
They got the work done quickly, efficiently and in a short time. Their price was also $500.00 less than I was quoted by another plumbing company - rated 10 stars here to boot but who shall remain nameless.

I received a reference from Jonathan at Pickup Plumbing as they could not respond to an emergency in my upstairs bathroom. I fully trust Jonathan to steer me in the right direction. Carl called and dispatched Colin to determine the issue. Within a short period of time Colin had found the problem and a few minutes later Carl arrived. They operated like a synchronized machine and replaced a cracked tee in a difficult location.
