Rez estimated the cost of supplying a new glass door for our media room in October 2016 and provided a quotation. Quote seemed high but we were told the work involved cutting the glass door to exact dimensions plus installation
so we moved forward and provided a 25% payment to start the work; which was estimated at a week to complete. Two months have passed and still no door. We've tried contacting Rez approximately 30 times over the past two months via telephone calls, text messages and emails. Rez responded twice of the thirty attempts. The first to say he had another client in our area and would install the next day (that was a month ago). The second to say he was busy and would call back in ten minutes (that was two weeks ago). Now December 18th and still no door and no Rez. We were hoping to have the door ready for a Christmas party we are hosting.
Obviously I would not recommend Rez to friends or family and would even take a step further and not recommend Rez Glass to anyone actually expecting to receive delivery of any work that Rez has committed to providing. I will need to pursue legal means to get my deposit back and recommend others save themselves the time, aggravation and money and look elsewhere for glasswork.
I had been referred to Rez by a friend of mine. Rez was prompt and showed up to provide a quote. Install occurred roughly when we agreed. Upon completion of install and drying of caulking we noticed that the fixed glass shower panel and door leaked. I contacted Rez who until this day (over two weeks ago) has not responded back to fix the problem.
