Terrible experience with this contractor, in the beginning seemed to be professionals but we were wrong. It's sad because the owner knows a lot about construction but they lack in organization and communication.
The project was completed in more than half of year, we had to call everyday to find out when things were going to finished, it was a disastrous experience and the complete job was not even fully done.
Go away from this contractor, even though if they had commitment to complete a job the lack of organization makes all things really bad, between them no communication whatsoever one person saying one thing and the other other thing, we even didn't know what to believe.
So for a project that was going to finish in max 2 months it was finish in more than 8 months!!!!!
