I Inspect 360

Frank is absolutely great! I have always used him for my home inspections (4 so far) and he is very thorough. He has inspected houses for me all over Ontario. He is very patient and explains all his findings in detail. He always answers all questions and his reports are top notch. I even had an emergency once and had to leave him with the realtor and he was on the phone with me afterwards explaining all the things in his report. As long as Frank is around there is no reason in my mind to call anyone else.

Frank was incredibly helpful. We had a bit of trouble with the selling realtor around when Frank could visit saying there were keys available when there wasn't. Frank showed up and there was no keys but was incredibly flexible and was able to rebook for the next day. When he was eventually able to get in he did an incredibly in depth and diligent inspection.

Was always available for communication. Worked around the hiccups in the process. 100% would recommend Frank.

Frank was a tremendous help in getting the inspection for a newly purchased home done. Professional, straight-forward, and provided excellent and thorough analysis of the house. He used a drone to inspect the roof, and returned (since there was snow on top) to re-inspect it afterwards, which I greatly appreciated.

He checked every nook and cranny of the house, and took the time to answer all of our questions (as first time homebuyers) both in-person and later over the phone. Plus, he provides an incredibly detailed report of what is functional, what might need improving, etc. - I would highly recommend Frank to any of my family or friends if they ever needed an inspector to take a look at a property!

Frank was so wonderful to work with! During the home inspection he was so thorough and checked every inch of the house from the attic, basement, electrical, plumbing, all the outside grading, and much more . As first time homebuyers we had many questions and he took time to answer all of our questions and concerns, and provide helpful recommendations to us.
