I knew Tom was the right guy for the job from the first phone call. He came out within a couple days to give us a quote and unlike other companies, didn't just focus on the tree we were interested in removing. He looked at all the trees on our lot and identified another tree that really needed removal and let us know about a chlorosis issue our pines are facing and has offered to assist us in addressing it.
He wasn't pushy about doing the extra work which I appreciated. I could tell he cares about trees and wants us to be successful in having healthy trees for the long term.
He has recommended a tree to replace the one he cut and will be coming back this spring to plant it.
His quote came in at the same rate as the other 3 companies I contacted but included the additional (albeit spindly) tree that needed to be removed.
His team was very clean, we can't even tell anymore where the tree had been!
I highly recommend Tom and his company and look forward to working with him further this Spring.
