Roy made time in his busy schedule to come out the next day and clear a clog in the basement toilet drain caused by flushable wipes deposited by tenants. He was efficient and friendly and even came with a brand new toilet as the old one was ready to be upgraded and did both jobs at the same time.

I had 2 leaks to be looked into and Roy came to assess. He carefully inspected the washer and determined it was not plumbing but the machine. He took much time inspecting it very carefully.
