Roy was able to come to my home very quickly and fixed an issue with the shut off from the city water . This was a worry to me as if a problem occurred I would have had a flood if the water was not able to be turned off.

We contracted Protex to install an indirectly fired water heater in our complex and elaborate hvac system.

We had an emergency situation with our valve that stopped working .one phone call to Roy at protex plumbing and within an hour we had service at our door . I had attempted to fix a valve myself this was proven to be a big big mistake , I was stuck without water ... if you are not a plumber do not attempt to fix yourself call a professional , when Roy showed up at the door he was very professional he knew exactly what the problem was and what he needed to do. He had to drill out the cartridge which was no easy task , I should've just called him in the first place instead of screwing things up even worse for myself ... I would highly suggest calling

Roy from Protex Plumbing was a huge factor in the renovation of our main floor bathroom and laundry room. Involved removing toilet, pedestal sink, laundry room sink, washer hook.

Probably nothing here that would stump Roy. However, Roy more than accommodated us on very tight timeline to get the project done. In addition to being able to accommodate our timeline, Roy went over and above with checking in with us and doing a dump run.

All plumbing done in time, professionally, no leaks, to our great satisfaction.

Our year old hot water tank was leaking from the exhaust tubing. After calling in the installer of the tank and having pressure tests done, we were able to find out that the pressure in our house was too high and that our main pressure relief valve was not working. We contacted Roy at Protex and he was able to accommodate us the next day and had the job in no time! He also did a great job explaining to me how the system works so I could understand what was happening to cause the leak. Thanks Roy!
