I had a minor plumbing problem with the drain in my shower so I called Roy from Protex Plumbing. He gave me a few easy tips over the phone to try and sure enough I was able to fix the problem. Thanks to his advice he has defiantly gained a future costumer for any minor or major plumbing problem Issue that I may come across.

Protex did a fantastic job replacing our old hot water tank that had leaked throughout our basement, they were fast with cleanup and had everything done quick. I Would recommend them to anyone.

Very highly recommended. Plumbing work fantastic. Had a whole basement to finish. Protex helped us with moving our furnace and hotwater tank. We had to install new plumbing under concrete for the bathroom and redesign the space. They helped with every detail of our bathroom. Very knowledgeable in high end fixtures. We had installed a thermostatic shower valve, shower bar and rain head. Also did our plumbing for our full wet bar. There technicians had a lot of knowledge outside of the realm of plumbing and gas. Assisted us with all kinds of helpful information from our framing right down to our heated floor. Guided us around a lot of unforeseen issues. Everything went flawlessly smooth. Great company comes highly recommended. Would use again.

When I started renovating my century home I really under estimated the amount of work I was undertaking. It has been a huge learning curve for me and meeting people like Roy and Dave have made it easier. I assumed everyone shared my vision of how I wanted my homes finished product to look....that was not the case. Roy was very patient with me as I requested the change of line runs etc. There really was no inconvience for my family as they worked efficiently and quickly so our time without water was nominal. They quickly ran lines for a bathroom, laundry room and replaced the sewage line. I would definitely recommend protex plumbing and gas as they are definitely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Great job!

We called Roy in initially to replace some pipe. Looking around the plumbing in the basement, Roy spotted a small leak that we had not noticed and made the necessary repairs. Getting this fixed before it became a problem saved us a lot of trouble down the road. Roy and his assistant Dave performed a shower system retrofit to our older house which presented some unique challenges. They stuck with it until it was completed. It looks and works great! Roy and Dave did all their work in a professional and thorough manner, advising us of repair options available to us along the way. And they cleaned up, leaving the work spaces pristine! We recommend Roy and his team unconditionally!

We purchased a home that needed a bathroom put in the basement and a friend recommended Roy from Protex Plumbing. He had to tear up the concrete floor and connect all the pipes but he did it all in just 2 days and was so pleasant to deal with! He also came in and replaced all the sinks and toilets for us and put up with my endless phone calls. Recently we bought a house which needed lots of upgrades in the master washroom. So, we decided to totally renovate it. We got Roy Gibson for all my plumbing work in master washroom and master bedroom closet area (next to washroom).

We had put new bath tub, new toilet, new faucets, new vanity plus sink connection, Installed new Washer/Dryer in 1/3 of the closet area, so Roy helped us to get plumbing line and drain for the same..

Very perfectly and neatly the work is done in 2-days. We hired separate guy for all my tilings.
