We called the company for regular maintenance and were very satisfied. The appointment was easy to make and the workers came on time and answered all our questions and concerns. We were especially impressed with their knowledge of how the septic systems worked and the bacteria needed to maintain a healthy system, letting us know what chemicals to avoid to not cause damage. We feel comfortable with the cost per session knowing they are doing it correctly.
