Mike Giove is a true professional - pleasant to work with, shows up on time and provides exceptional service for the cost. He completed a difficult tile repair in a bathroom and installed a beautiful backsplash in the kitchen using tiles that had arrived at the job damaged! But while we were distressed upon seeing all of the broken tiles, Mike was calm and used creativity and patience in using the broken tiles as needed - and then even used fewer tiles than expected.
