I was very impressed by the professionalism and response time. He called me back within 15 minutes and we booked an appointment for next day install as he fit me in because of my urgency. He explained the steps in great details, we very meticulous and fast. He is friendly, knowledgeable and very polite. I will be using his services when I install my bbq and gas fireplace in the summer. Thank you for the great service Nick!!

Nick knows what he is doing. He came right on time, explained all the processes about humidifier. Before starting the work, he informed me that Aprilaire 500 automatic model cannot be hooked to my Amana brand heating furnace with a separate dedicated transformer. Work was finished very neatly and almost within two hours. Unfortunately he has to come back to install valve system next day, which he did without me reminding him. It's been only two days since the system has been installed so I cannot comment on how efficient the system is, even though an increased humidity in the house can be felt and heating dial has been down by 1 degree. I will update my review sometimes soon. Overall seems 10 out of 10 to me - both Aprilaire 500 and Imperial Air System.

Nick and his co-worker James supplied and installed a beautiful High Efficiency Furnace & AC in mid February. They were very friendly and professional, very respectful of our property and work areas were cleaned and everything was tidied up - old furnace and AC were disposed of. They made sure the furnace was up and running before they left. I would recommend Nick to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and honest company - they did an awesome job!,
