Mac at Marblelife has just competed a difficult job on my tiled kitchen floor.
His work is highly efficient, his attitude is very professional, and his results are very satisfying.
The floor is Mexican Clay tile is surfaced with very hard poly-urtethane, and it needed re-finishing after more than 30 years of use.
Another better known carpet and tile cleaning company started the work but after many hours over several days it was evident that they did not know what they were doing.
I then contacted Marblelife from their website and very quickly received a response.
A visit was arranged and Mac arrived at the very time promised.
He recognised the issues and bad results of the previous service company, and his subsequent quote to remove the poly-urethane and refinish with up-to-date re-surfacing was reasonable on both project timing and cost.
Once accepted he and his staff again arrived to start exactly at the promised time.
The work was completed as planned, with his emphasis on ensuring cleaning and finishing fumes were contained so that my wife and I continued unaffected in the rest of the house.
The resuIts are excellent and I can recommend Mac and his company without hesitation.
