When I wanted more I was given an address to check out - that helped me with my decision making on type and style. I made significant changes to the types of windows as well as how they opened. The installation team did a great job consulting during the installation to ensure all was exactly how I wanted it. ALL of the people I came into contact with were friendly, polite and willing to keep me informed of progress and changes. The finished product is nothing short of awesome.
