When I come across a contractor that does a good job, I have to share. When I called CanSeal, they were very informative over the phone and I liked the fact that they used Permacon Polymeric XP filler to fill the cracks before sealing. This method works very well.
I have a large 90x20 driveway and Canseal's price was very reasonable to fill cracks, patch heaved culvert cracks, and clean and seal the whole driveway.
My 20-year old, neglected laneway looks like new again. The guys did a nice job and were neat and careful with the application. I would recommend them and will use them again.
