In the winter of 2014 - 1015 we experienced leaking from the roof of our house. We were referred to Blue Jay Roofing and its owner Bill DIMOS by and aquantance. Bill attended promptly analysed the problems with Ice damning on the roof, and provided an estimate for replacement, which was very reasonable we had received other estimates.
During the de-construction of the roof the damage from water and Ice was found to be more extensive than estimated requiring complete replacement of the under laymant. Bill laid out several solutions, we opted for complete replacement. The new estimate was very very fair and required quite a bit more work and time for the team.
Bill and his team were always willing to work with us during the project to see the work was done to the most discerning standards. We have been leak and ice damning free during this season and could not be more happy. Every large and small component of the job was done to an exacting standard.

They installed a roof in the Fall and it leaked in the Winter. These people are not professionals that honor their warranty. They are now MIA. Stay away from this company.
