Brick wall Installation

I would not hire this company. I hired Golden B Contracting to install a brick wall and in some areas the brick patterns parallel to each other. Now the grout line is cracking, and the bricks are cover in grout, I've asked them a few times to come by to fix it, but now they've ignored my calls.
