David Cassar for Cassar Heating and Air was awesome.

I was referred by a friend and he and his team did not disappoint.

When we first connected David was traveling in Europe and he was still extremely responsive in coordinating a first site visit. When on site we discussed many options for my unique situation and I felt David gave good trustworthy advice on options and clearly laid out his thinking/rationale. We ultimately landed on a fairly high end solution where I felt pricing was fair to competitive and he was clear in communication on timing and progress along the way. David is an easy going professional who clearly takes pride in what he does.

Not only did David install our appliance, but he went above and beyond by going out of his way to grab additional materials required to get the job done without pushing my job off to another day. David Cassar was very professional and had our best interest in mind when replacing our furnace and air conditioning. We were not after the lowest cost but the systems that would best suit our home and life style and long term value. David researched the best system options for us while informing us of the lower cost options and the higher cost options (that were available but did not provide a good ROI). In addition, he worked towards our time schedules and did not try to install our AC in the dead of winter but came back and installed it at the beginning of spring without chasing him.
