Igor and his team did an excellent job replacing all the windows and sliding doors in our Pan Abode house.
It was a challenging project, one of the sliding doors didn't quite fit so the log wall had to be trimmed in order to install it. But after Phil and Mike completed the work, it looked as the door was always there. When doing my research before choosing a contractor, I have read that installation is more important than the product itself. Now I can see why it's true - all our windows and doors installed perfectly, and it makes a huge difference. I can certainly recommend Phil and Mike for their excellent craftsmanship.
One more thing to note is peace of mind. EuroStar's warranty does work, which I was able to verify. One of the sliding door panels was somewhat bent (manufacturing defects do happen), and the glass pane was slightly moving. Igor contacted the manufacturer, and they replaced the panel - the whole process was quick and painless. And now I know that the company stand behind their product.

Igor and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I've replaced several windows and expanded the sliding door height as suggested by Igor, and it looks absolutely amazing. Installers have done a wonderful job and I would recommend them.

I have had all my windows done by Euro Star. I dealt with Jim as the sales person and the installer was Malek. I have had a good rapport with both of them. Malek is a very patient, attention to detail and does a superb installation and leaves no corners undone. I wish I had Malek do all my windows . I have no complaints but all good things to say. I sincerely hope that I continue to have this good service and rapport with them in the future. I would recommend Malek to anyone.

This is the second time I have hired these guys (Igor, sales and Melik, installer). This job was to install new windows and a new front door for our front addition.
