We found out about this at the Toronto HomeShow and that's where we met Norm Shubert. We had down selected to 3 prospective vendors. He was very helpful and responded after the show and came by our place. He listened to our needs and took the time to understand our needs. To be frank, we started off thinking we would do a few windows, but the discussion with Norm went so well, we decided to do the entire home AND the doors!!!! He set expectations on target delivery dates and this was very well managed. We were then interlocked with Igor Gersh and Alex. They handled all the organization and logistics for the entire installation. They did a fabulous job in the following months organizing, measuring and ordering all the material. The entire order filled out garage....

Next, we were introduced to Melik Hovhannisyan. This man is a perfectionist and clearly loves what he does and knows his trade. He truly cares about the quality of work and believes in the product. His commitment to doing the job right and tenacity showed. Great character as well. He represented the product and the company extremely well and we had 100% confidence that we were well looked after by all involved. The highlight was the care he took to save the trim off a very large semicircular frame so that we did not have to go looking to replace one.

I would highly recommend this product for the following reasons: It is solid, it does what it claims, its done well. The blinds for our bay doors is amazing, the frosted glass is a great privacy feature. The door (we did the front) is simply out of this world amazing AND, warranteed for 100 years -- now I know why!!!. The noise and the energy savings -- wow. Major difference. No longer any need to hire or climb out to wash windows. Have already done that once myself, so easy the entire home too, under an hour and we had roughly 36 window....

Visit the showroom in Vaughn. My wife and I are VERY VERY happy. It is an investment and a feature well worth; its made a huge difference and re-invigorated the entire house. Can't wait till spring when I can open up the place and have air flow thru just like this fall.
