Torontonian Flooring was the best choice in the city for us - we carpeted our staircase in our new townhouse. Mike was extremely responsive and came to quote us the next day. He stayed true to his quote and the date he indicated he would install even though we were close to the holidays and we wanted it done before the holidays. Mike at Torontonian Flooring was INCREDIBLE. We worked with him and his team on installing two sets of floor runners in our home. We looked at A LOT (A LOT) of options in the GTA and by far I was most impressed with Mike's knowledge and expertise, along with his down-to-earth friendly personality that I felt that I could trust 100%. Not only that, his quote was the most competitive price, which was a wonderful bonus. In addition (if you need more reasons to know why TF should be your go-to choice) we had to have our installation split into two parts because we had a flood in the basement and needed to wait until the basement renovation was done for him to install the bottom flight of stairs...Mike came back to install the second runner MONTHS after the first installation, and it was not a problem at all. If you are considering TF and Mike for the job, do yourself a favour and work with them, you will not be disappointed! Would give 100+ stars if I could.

It was great working with Mike. He provided us with excellent advice on installing a laminate flooring that was cost effective while making our main floor look current. Ryan did the install and was superb! Arrived on time and completed the install in a timely fashion. Then helped with a bunch of small details to ensure we were 100% satisfied. We noticed something after he left and he was back the next day to ensure it was done to our satisfaction. Great company to deal with for sure.
