Wanted to do a face lift on my 1st floor. Wanted to rip out 25yr old flooring and replace with modern and new style. Contacted Mike for a quote. From the start he was a great communicator and answered all my NONSENSE questions that i had and believe me it was a lot. This was my first time doing this type of reno and i was on the fence of being left out to dry. Mike ensured me that it will be down with in the time line set out. Mike even went over and beyond to allow me to run some power wire under the subfloor and helped me replace my thermostat wire, items that i didnt think was possible. He saved me from ripping out my basement drywall.
Had a few obstacles which you would expect with older homes and he was able to resolve sticking to timeline.
All in all, i would recommend Mike and his team as he delivered a product that made my jaw drop
