Neil and Juan helped me with our big move 2 weeks ago. They came on time and were very professional from start to finish. They maximized the use of their time and moved a lot of heavy boxes with the fewest trips to the elevator as possible. They wrapped all our furniture with blankets or shrink wraps and took great care in transporting fragile items. It was amazing how much they were able to store in their truck in an organized fashion. We had some issues with the service elevator in our new building and they managed to finish the job despite all the obstacles and commotions we had to deal with in a highly stressful day. Ryan personally dropped off and picked up the green totes which helped me greatly to pack and organize our items.
